Feel good tip #1

Feel good tip is something I am going to try out. Whenever I come across a tip that helps you feel better or relax I will share it here. This is my first feel good tip,

Try adding a 1/4 cup vanilla extract to your next bath with either a mint candle or mint extract as well. The vanilla is relaxing (and makes you smell yummy) while the mint is refreshing. Perfect for a hard day.
